Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient care thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and escalate when needed

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with ability to work in New Hampshire (state licensure required or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous Med/Surg clinical experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment, reliable attendance, and a team-first attitude

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid Med/Surg clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy competence
• Accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
