Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a measurable difference
• Perform thorough assessments and develop action plans in collaboration with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient status and interventions clearly and promptly in the medical record
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Support discharge planning and patient education to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — Pennsylvania licensure preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS or PALS as required by unit or facility
• Strong clinical judgment, time management, and patient advocacy skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborating with a team
• Prior acute care nursing experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and critical thinking
• Medication administration and IV therapy skills
• Accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients safely
