Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that improves outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate when needed
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred or willing to obtain
- Clinical experience in acute care settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Current immunizations and any facility-required screenings
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients safely
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient/family education techniques
