Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients
• Monitor and interpret complex patient data, including hemodynamics and ventilator settings
• Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans
• Respond rapidly and effectively to changes in patient condition and participate in code/rapid response events
• Document clinical care and communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team
• Provide patient and family education focused on critical care needs and recovery

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with ICU specialty (RN - ICU)
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU critical care experience (as listed in the posting)
• Ability to work the overnight/night shift schedule (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice (or compact privilege if applicable)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred or as required by facility

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – facility preference may vary

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical care assessment and monitoring skills
• Experience with ventilator management and advanced cardiac monitoring
• Proficiency with medication administration and IV/infusion management
• Solid clinical documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) use
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management in high-acuity settings
