Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients with lower acuity needs
Perform all labs, EKGs, physical therapy, and patient transfers
Stabilize and transfer critically ill patients when needed
Collaborate with charge nurses, hospitalists, and mid-level providers
Maintain positive culture and teamwork on a 12-bed unit
Float to Litchfield and Glendale FSED locations as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Ability to pass DYS exam prior to offer acceptance
Must have natural hair color and no facial piercings
Clean-shaven for men to pass fit testing
Must pass day-one skills exam including sterile field competency

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing with focus on ESI 3-4 patients
Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes
Sterile field maintenance and infection control
Patient assessment and stabilization skills
Team collaboration in fast-paced environment
