Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff across all ED sections
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and monitor patients with GE equipment and Baxter pumps
Provide patient education and ensure a positive experience using AIDET principles
Float within the ED as needed while supporting colleagues and new team members

Qualifications

Active RN license and 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ER setting
Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications
ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred experience in a Level 2 trauma center or high-volume ED

Knowledge & Skills

Strong teamwork and real-time coaching abilities
Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department
Comfort with Cerner documentation and Baxter pumps
Experience with GE monitors and high-acuity patients
