Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in the Cath Lab environment, prioritizing patient safety during procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and the interdisciplinary team to support smooth procedural flow
• Respond promptly and professionally to on-call activations, including consecutive weekend coverage when required
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and procedural details in the medical record
• Maintain sterile technique, equipment readiness, and a safe procedural environment

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN License required prior to the start of contract
• Current RN with Cath Lab experience
• Willingness and ability to take frequent on-call shifts and consecutive weekend on-call coverage as needed
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) — active Hawaii RN license required

Knowledge & Skills

• Cath Lab procedures and familiarity with cath lab equipment
• Cardiac monitoring and hemodynamic assessment
• Strong patient assessment and prioritization skills, especially during urgent events
• Clear communication and teamwork in high-paced procedural settings
• Ability to function autonomously when responding to on-call situations
