Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and evaluate functional needs to drive optimal outcomes
Design and implement personalized care plans based on thorough assessments
Direct support staff to help patients smash their functional goals
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team for stellar patient results
Document evaluations, goals, and progress with precision
Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing professional development and community outreach

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (or application in process)
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Proficiency in documentation and care plan adjustments
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional materials
Mathematical aptitude for practical therapy applications
Problem-solving in diverse patient scenarios
