Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to approximately 12 patients daily
Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of orthopedic and general cases in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide coverage support in acute inpatient therapy when needed to expand your impact
Document treatment plans and progress notes to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to see a variety of diagnoses in a community-focused clinic

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy outpatient schedule of 12 patients per day
Comfort working independently in a small-town clinic environment
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
