Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including general, wound care, orthopedic, and neurological patients
Deliver 7 treatment hours per day in a combination of IP/OP environments
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff as needed by the unit
Maintain consistent attendance and reliability to support patient care continuity

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license required
National PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating fractures, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and neck pain
Comfortable managing general debility and wound care cases
Able to work with patients across acute, skilled, and outpatient settings
Strong communication and collaboration with nursing and therapy teams
