Roles & Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate patient treatment effects and recommend changes to physicians and care team as needed
• Perform thorough assessments for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maintain, improve, and restore function
• Select and deliver appropriate therapeutic procedures and modalities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (required)
• Basic Life Support (AHA) certification (required)
• Willingness to relocate to and work in a rural community (required)
• Comfort working with a broad range of patient populations and clinical conditions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
