Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dedicated clinic team to boost patient access and streamline operations
Optimize schedules, referrals, and workflows to cut wait times and elevate the patient experience
Champion patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvements
Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring top-notch clinical competencies
Monitor key metrics and drive meaningful enhancements in care delivery

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
5+ years varied RN experience including at least 1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare
Active BLS certification
Clinical Competency and Manager Competency within 3 months of hire

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and change management in healthcare settings
Expertise in nursing process, patient safety, and infection control
Skilled in customer service, team communication, and conflict resolution
Proficient in clinical assessments, equipment use, and multitasking in fast-paced environments
