Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 on-call for weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with confidence
Build a positive, supportive culture that empowers your nursing team
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support
Mentor staff and enhance nursing competencies across units
Manage staffing, floating assignments, and on-call schedules
Ensure high-quality care for cardiac, vascular, and critical care patients

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience required
1 year of clinical leadership experience preferred
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff
Critical care and telemetry experience strongly valued

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry monitoring
Vasoactive drip management and titration
Moderate sedation administration
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ventilator, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen management
Building team culture and enhancing staff competency
