Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-clinical operations and support services to keep projects moving smoothly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver timely results
• Manage documentation and reporting with attention to detail and accuracy
• Support compliance efforts and help maintain regulatory and policy standards
• Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal stakeholders and partners
• Identify process improvements and suggest practical solutions that make a difference

Qualifications

• Experience in a non-clinical healthcare or administrative role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and common office tools
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings
• Licenses or certifications relevant to healthcare administration are a plus

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience will be considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare operations and non-clinical support functions
• Basic project coordination and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with documentation, reporting, and data tracking
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality best practices including HIPAA
• Problem solving, organization, and time management skills
