Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI exams with an emphasis on spine and brain imaging
• Operate and troubleshoot the GE Artist 1.5 MRI scanner while maintaining safety standards
• Assist with and image breast biopsy procedures as needed
• Document studies accurately and promptly in Meditech
• Provide compassionate patient care, educate patients about procedures, and ensure proper screening
• Participate in unit call coverage and adapt to facility protocols quickly

Qualifications

• Active Florida license (as required by the facility)
• ARRT certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Experience: 2) with at least 1 year of MRI experience preferred
• Comfortable adapting to facility protocols and working independently when needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with GE Artist 1.5 MRI equipment
• Experience with Meditech documentation system
• Hands-on experience with spine and brain MRI protocols
• Familiarity with breast biopsy imaging techniques
• Strong patient positioning, safety screening, and documentation skills
• Able to function well in a fast-paced, small staff environment and respond to call
