Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, documenting per facility protocols
Monitor patients’ conditions, report changes promptly to the care team, and escalate concerns
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to deliver coordinated care that improves outcomes
Maintain clear, timely charting and ensure regulatory and documentation standards are met

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required
Valid Pennsylvania LPN license (or eligible for licensure in PA)
Current BLS/CPR certification (per facility policy or prior to start)
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and a patient-focused attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medication administration
Comfortable with electronic charting and basic clinical documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced care environment
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety best practices
Strong interpersonal skills to engage patients and collaborate with colleagues
