Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per care plans
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly
Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Document care thoroughly and maintain clear communication with the care team
Support admission, transfer, and discharge procedures to ensure smooth transitions
Contribute to a culture of safety and infection control through best practices

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a care team

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Completion of state LPN licensing requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing assessments and patient monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health record charting
Infection control principles and safe patient handling
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork
