Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric clinic patients following established standards
Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers to ensure smooth communication
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient's unique needs
Take vital signs accurately and triage patient calls with care and efficiency
Refill prescriptions and complete prior authorizations to support timely patient care
Help and direct your team of CNAs and schedulers while receiving guidance from providers and managers

Qualifications

Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

Education

Graduate of a Nursing Program
Follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as dictated by State/Federal licensure requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Taking vital signs
Triage patient calls
Refill prescriptions
Prior authorizations
Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
