Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to create great care plans
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in clinical records
Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and delivering patient-centered care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
BLS certification preferred; employer may provide support if needed

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Patient documentation and charting best practices
Infection control and safety procedures
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Time management and prioritization in a clinical setting
