Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Assess patient condition and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
• Support a positive, safe environment by following facility policies and infection control procedures

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and able to provide hands-on patient care
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pass required background and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and basic IV or injection familiarity as applicable
• Vital signs assessment and clinical observation skills
• Strong documentation skills in electronic or paper charting systems
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care environment
