Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate patient care as a licensed practical nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the care team
Assist with admissions, discharges, and routine nursing procedures
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to support patient goals
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania required
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtained promptly upon hire
Comfortable with medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, patient-centered approach and attention to detail

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Charting and electronic health record familiarity
Infection control and safety procedures
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
