Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
- Document assessments, interventions and patient responses clearly in the chart
- Collaborate with RNs, providers and support staff to deliver coordinated care
- Support patients and families with education, empathy and clear communication
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Comfort working 12.5-hour shifts and providing consistent, reliable coverage
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-focused attitude
Education
- LPN diploma, certificate, or equivalent vocational nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in administering medications and basic treatments
- Familiarity with vital sign monitoring and common nursing assessments
- Competent documentation in electronic health records
- Infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Ability to prioritize care and escalate concerns appropriately
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families and the care team
