Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule varies, specific start/end times and days to be provided

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to optimize care
Monitor patients’ conditions and escalate changes to appropriate clinicians
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
Support a positive environment by communicating respectfully with residents and families

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or easily obtained upon hire)
Comfortable performing medication administration, basic assessments, and charting
Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
Ability to work scheduled 8-hour shifts as assigned

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of nursing care and infection control practices
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic assessment skills and ability to recognize patient change
Familiarity with electronic charting or paper charting systems
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical team
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
