Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor and document vital signs, patient status and care provided
Collaborate with the care team to develop and update patient care plans
Communicate clearly with patients, families and staff to ensure continuity of care
Adhere to facility policies, safety standards and infection control practices

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure; Pennsylvania licensure preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfort with medication administration, charting and basic assessments
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings

Education

LPN diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent practical nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Patient assessment and monitoring of vital signs
Care planning and nursing documentation
Familiarity with electronic medical records or charting systems
Infection control, safety protocols and resident-centered care
