Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and standards
• Complete required Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and maintain certifications
• Adhere to infection control protocols including fit testing and respirator use
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in orientation, training, and performance improvement activities
• Uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times

Qualifications

• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing (required)
• Current immunizations and health screenings as listed: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza
• Successful completion of Fit Test, Trinity Color Vision, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, and Respirator Evaluation
• 2-step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) documented
• Appropriate license or certification for the clinical role as required by the facility (e.g., RN, LPN, RT) or equivalent credential
• Clinical experience relevant to the assigned unit or specialty preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant clinical degree or certification as required by role (e.g., diploma, associates, BSN, or other credential depending on position)

Knowledge & Skills

• Infection prevention and control practices, including PPE and respirator familiarity
• Clinical documentation best practices and attention to detail
• Basic to advanced patient care skills relevant to the assigned specialty
• Ability to follow protocol-driven testing and competency requirements
• Teamwork, critical thinking and adaptable problem solving
• Comfort with digital charting systems and standard clinical workflows
