Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Day/Afternoon/Night): regular 12-hour coverage typically 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM; every 3rd weekend includes an overnight weekend shift 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM; potential holiday coverage. Schedule is rotating and includes weekends.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate Siemens CT equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images with safety and precision
• Use Epic EMR to document studies, manage patient information, and coordinate care
• Provide compassionate patient care: prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff
• Perform image quality checks and participate in routine QA to maintain clinical standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and the clinical team to prioritize studies and support patient flow
• Cover scheduled weekends and occasional holidays as part of a rotating team schedule

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in CT (appropriate specialty) — mandatory
• State of Ohio Radiology license required
• BLS certification required
• Experience working with Siemens CT systems — required
• Experience with Epic EMR — required
• Comfortable working rotating day/afternoon/night 12-hour shifts and periodic weekend/holiday coverage
• Professional, patient-centered communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Siemens CT systems and CT protocols
• Familiarity with Epic EMR workflows and documentation
• Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and QA practices
• Patient positioning, contrast administration awareness, and image optimization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced imaging environment
• Clear clinical communication and teamwork skills
