Shift Type: Day shift, 8-hour shift (total hours: 8). Exact start and end times and days are determined by the facility schedule and will be confirmed with the hiring manager.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents — assist with ADLs like bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Observe, document and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication
- Follow care plans and participate in team huddles to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required) — Pennsylvania certification preferred
- Prior CNA experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is a plus
- Clear background check and ability to pass required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Comfort with basic patient lifting and mobility assistance
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program and current certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of basic caregiving principles and infection control
- Ability to accurately document care and follow care plans
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
- Familiarity with facility policies and resident rights
