Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily routines
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining a clean environment
Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Accurately document care and observations in the patient chart

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Georgia (required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Ability to pass background check and required facility screenings
Reliable, patient-focused, and able to work 12.5-hour shift assignments as scheduled

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
ADLs support and infection control best practices
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observations
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and care teams
Basic charting and documentation skills
Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
