30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities like bathing and dressing to enhance their comfort
Take vital signs and gather key information from caregivers to support treatment plans
Answer resident calls promptly and observe for changes in skin integrity
Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely to bed, chair, or wheelchair
Maintain a clean care area by changing sheets and restocking supplies

Qualifications

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification

Education

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to work under pressure
Strong English communication skills for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending
Relate effectively to residents, families, and long-term care staff
