Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, supporting activities of daily living with dignity and respect
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility while promoting independence
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly and accurately
• Perform routine tasks such as vital signs, transfers, and safe patient handling with attention to safety
• Document care activities clearly in resident records and contribute to care team communication
• Support a positive, resident-centered environment by engaging residents in conversation and activities

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) required
• Local-only candidates preferred — this is a LOCAL ONLY assignment
• Comfortable working overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) and able to meet physical demands of caregiving
• Current CPR/BLS may be required per facility policy
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers, and basic patient care
• Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
• Basic infection control and safety practices
• Clear, professional communication with residents, families, and care teams
• Reliable documentation and time-management skills
• Compassion, patience, and a resident-first approach
