Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition changes
Assist nursing team with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support
Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and follow infection control protocols
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and clinical staff
Support care plans by accurately recording observations and reporting concerns promptly

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing (required)
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and meeting physical demands of the role
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete facility-required orientation and background checks
Up-to-date immunizations as required by the facility

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed accredited CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational clinical skills: basics of patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and vital signs
Patient observation and accurate documentation
Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills for patient-centered interactions
Familiarity with infection control and basic safety protocols
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing staff
