Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support their daily needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor and accurately document vital signs and resident observations
- Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control practices
- Communicate clearly and kindly with the nursing team and residents' families
- Contribute to a positive, respectful environment that promotes dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Local candidates only (assignment is local-only per order notes)
- Availability to work the scheduled shifts: Thursday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Clear verbal and written communication with clinical teams
- Dependability, empathy, and strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable following care plans and documenting interventions
