Roles & Responsibilities

• Support cardiac catheterization procedures (LHC, RHC, PCI) with confidence and attention to detail
• Prepare and maintain GE imaging equipment and procedural supplies for efficient cases
• Assist with mechanical circulatory support devices such as Impella and IABP during procedures
• Provide competent ventilator support when required in the lab environment
• Collaborate with the cath team (RNs, techs, MDs) to maintain a safe, sterile environment and excellent patient care
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in EMR (Meditech) to ensure continuity of care
• Act independently when needed while keeping a positive, team-first attitude

Qualifications

• Minimum: Cath lab experience (explicit requirement) — candidates without cath lab experience will not be considered
• Experience with Impella, IABP and ventilator support (required)
• Preferred: vascular/peripheral intervention experience and EP experience
• Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR
• Comfort working independently and as part of a three-person case team

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac Cath Lab procedures: LHC, RHC, PCI, shockwave, PPM, Impella, IABP
• Hands-on experience with Impella and IABP devices
• Ventilator management in the cath lab setting
• Proficiency with GE imaging systems
• Electronic medical record documentation in Meditech
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to work independently when required
