Qualifications
- Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) from California Department of Health Services or ARRT license
- Current CPR Certification
- Five years experience as a Diagnostic Technologist in acute-care
- Two years supervisory experience in acute-care
- Associate Degree (minimum)
Education
- Associate Degree (minimum)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in Joint Commission, Title 17 & 22, ACR compliance
- Strong knowledge of radiographic principles, radiation safety, and patient positioning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with skills in delegation and resource management
