Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop person-centered care plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis stabilization as needed
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with inpatient and outpatient teams on the Bullock campus
• Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the facility electronic medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes
• Advocate for patients and families, connecting them with community resources and follow-up services

Qualifications

• Current, active license as a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (as required by state) — must be able to practice in Alabama
• Experience providing behavioral health services in clinical settings (outpatient and/or inpatient)
• Ability to travel between Bullock outpatient and Bullock inpatient locations on the same campus
• Current professional liability insurance and willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and required trainings
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices
• Proficient with clinical documentation and electronic medical records
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse populations
