Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly to support clinical decision-making
- Assist nursing team with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment to protect residents and staff
- Document care activities and resident responses clearly and professionally in the chart
- Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or skin integrity to the nursing staff
- Support infection prevention practices, maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone
- Build meaningful connections with residents to promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
- Current LNA/CNA certification valid for New Hampshire (VT certification accepted if applicable)
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings (TB, immunizations)
- Good communication skills, reliability, and a team-focused attitude
- Comfort with frequent standing, walking, and safe lifting procedures
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant/LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with resident personal care and ADLs
- Familiarity with vital sign measurement and documentation
- Knowledge of basic infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to follow care plans and report changes accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Basic charting and attention to detail
