Shift Type: Weekdays and weekends, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Evening shift; includes both weekends)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as a licensed practical nurse
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Document care clearly and promptly in the patient record
- Coordinate with nursing staff and support personnel to ensure continuity of care
- Support admissions, discharges, and transfers with clinical and emotional guidance
- Promote resident safety and dignity while following facility policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — state licensure required or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Minimum clinical experience as an LPN preferred (travel experience a plus)
- Own reliable transportation (required)
- Availability to work both weekends as noted in the assignment
- Ability to provide or secure your own housing for the assignment
- Current BLS/CPR certification is preferred or required per facility policy
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Familiarity with long-term care and skilled nursing routines
- Comfortable with documentation and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment
- Resident-centered approach with empathy and patience
