Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations for a 35-bed long term care facility with compassion and clarity
- Ensure compliance with CMS Long Term Care Regulations and drive survey readiness
- Oversee nursing staff: hire, mentor, schedule, and support professional development
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and resident-centered care initiatives
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Manage clinical documentation standards and ensure accurate reporting
- Serve as a visible clinical leader—support staff on the floor and champion best practices
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Montana) or eligibility to obtain Montana licensure for the contract period
- Proven nursing leadership experience in long term care or skilled nursing settings
- Clinical leadership or Director of Nursing experience preferred
- Required: thorough knowledge of CMS Long Term Care Regulations
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to assignment

- In-depth knowledge of CMS Long Term Care Regulations and survey processes
- Nursing leadership, staff development, and team coordination
- Regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and resident-focused care
- Ability to manage staffing, clinical workflows, and documentation standards
- Comfort working in smaller, community-centered long term care settings
