Roles & Responsibilities

• Support interventional radiology and cath lab procedures by preparing equipment and maintaining a sterile field
• Assist clinicians during procedures such as PICC lines, port placements, ablations and kyphoplasty
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment including Philips biplane and Toshiba single plane systems
• Ensure excellent patient care before, during and after procedures, including monitoring and documentation
• Coordinate with the IR team to maintain efficient room turnover and procedural flow
• Respond effectively in on-call situations to provide timely coverage for emergent cases
• Maintain compliance with A R R T standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• New Hampshire state license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in IR or Cath Lab
• IR Neuro experience is a plus and will be considered favorably
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to function well in a fast-paced special procedures unit
• Comfort with on-call duties, including nights and occasional weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven experience in Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab environments
• Familiarity with special procedures: PICC, paracentesis, thoracentesis, port placement, ablations, EKOS, Trevo
• Competence with fluoroscopic imaging systems (Philips biplane, Toshiba single plane)
• Excellent patient care, monitoring and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain sterile technique and follow infection control practices
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
