Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate TrueBeam linear accelerators to deliver precise VMAT and SBRT treatments using surface guidance
• Set up, position and immobilize patients using Align RT (Vision RT) and DIBH techniques for optimal accuracy
• Document treatment delivery and workflows accurately in ARIA
• Perform daily safety and QA checks to maintain a high standard of care
• Collaborate closely with dosimetrists, physicists, radiation oncologists and nursing staff
• Provide compassionate patient education and support to enhance patient experience
• Contribute to efficient clinic flow treating 45–55 patients/day across two linacs

Qualifications

• AART certification (required)
• Minimum 3 years of TrueBeam experience (required)
• Experience with ARIA and Align RT (Vision RT) required
• Familiarity with VMAT, SBRT and DIBH procedures
• Minimum 2 years clinical radiation therapist experience (per job data)
• Comfortable working with GE CT Sim and Elekta HDR (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• TrueBeam operation and troubleshooting
• Align RT / Vision RT surface guidance workflows
• ARIA documentation and electronic charting
• VMAT and SBRT delivery techniques
• Deep understanding of DIBH workflows and patient positioning
• Radiation safety, daily QA procedures and machine checks
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient-centered care
