Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures with attention to image clarity and patient safety
• Provide compassionate patient care: prepare patients, explain procedures, and monitor comfort and vitals
• Operate, troubleshoot, and help maintain CT equipment to ensure reliable, timely imaging
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols at all times
• Verify patient identity, confirm orders, and ensure accurate documentation and image archiving
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and the clinical team to support patient diagnosis and care
• Complete Trinity specialty competency testing and participate in ongoing skills validation

Qualifications

• Active CT technologist license/certification as required by state and facility (license/certification verification required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Willingness and ability to complete Trinity specialty competency testing and Trinity skills checklist
• Ability to pass required health and employment screenings: Trinity 10-panel drug screen, fit test, color vision test, and physical/health statement
• Up-to-date vaccinations as required (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) and TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA)

Knowledge & Skills

• Computed Tomography (CT) imaging procedures and fundamentals
• Strong patient care and communication skills during imaging procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and patient safety practices
• Familiarity with license/certification verification and competency testing workflows
• Comfort with pre-employment/occupational health requirements (fit test, drug screen, color vision, immunizations)
