Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to maximize independence using individualized OT approaches
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that target functional goals
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation to support patient progress and regulatory needs
• Coordinate care closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver cohesive rehabilitation
• Ensure adherence to facility and regulatory compliance standards to maintain quality care

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• SNF experience preferred — bring your skilled nursing know-how and hit the ground running
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills to advocate for patients
• Proactive, team-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset
• Available to start soon — recruiter notes candidate readiness is a plus
