Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Neuro ICU
Perform ongoing assessment, monitoring, and documentation of critically ill neurological patients
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
Participate in orientation and unit-specific training to maintain consistent standards of care

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience or background in Neuro ICU care
Orientation attendance required as part of this role
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced critical care environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfort working with critically ill neurological patients and ICU monitoring equipment
Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary care teams
Attention to detail in documentation and care coordination
