Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Neuro ICU
- Perform ongoing assessment, monitoring, and documentation of critically ill neurological patients
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Participate in orientation and unit-specific training to maintain consistent standards of care
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience or background in Neuro ICU care
- Orientation attendance required as part of this role
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced critical care environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Comfort working with critically ill neurological patients and ICU monitoring equipment
- Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary care teams
- Attention to detail in documentation and care coordination
