Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based Med/Surg nursing care to adult patients
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Monitor patient status and promptly escalate changes to providers
Document patient care clearly and timely in the medical record
Educate patients and families to promote recovery and healthy transitions

Qualifications

Current RN license (eligible to practice in New Hampshire required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred or available
Proven Med/Surg clinical experience or strong clinical rotation experience
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate effectively
Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screening

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills in adult Med/Surg care
Familiarity with medication administration and IV therapy
Proficient documentation and electronic charting skills
Good teamwork, communication, and patient education abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
