Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality Med/Surg nursing care while closely monitoring patient status
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments and discharge plans
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate when needed
Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols and documentation standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential — ability to obtain NH licensure or have compact licensure preferred
Med/Surg clinical experience (as indicated by the role)
BLS certification (and other certifications as required by facility)
Availability to start on 2026-04-08 (start date listed in posting)
Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
Proficient in medication administration and IV care
Care coordination and discharge planning experience
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate bedside manner and patient education skills
