Roles & Responsibilities
- Triage and assess patients quickly and accurately to prioritize care
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care for patients of all ages
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to execute timely treatment plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and professionally
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with critical interventions as needed
- Maintain clinical standards, safety protocols, and a patient-centered environment
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) — as listed in core skills
- Experience in Emergency Department (ED/ER) settings — core requirement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency assessment and triage skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Clear patient and team communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent tasks
