Location: Janesville, Wisconsin

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, every-other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care
Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and state regulations
Document patient information according to established standards of care
Develop and execute individualized patient plans of care tailored to each patient's unique needs
Participate in department performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes
Apply critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately

Qualifications

Current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license required
BLS certification required
Degree in Nursing with education verification
Experience in Behavioral Health or Psychiatric nursing preferred

Education

Degree in Nursing - education verification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of the nursing process and medication administration
Excellent patient documentation and critical thinking abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to patient safety and delivering a positive patient experience
