Registered Nurse - Telemetry Float Pool
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional cardiac monitoring and telemetry care across multiple units
- Titrate cardiac drips safely while monitoring patient response
- Interpret EKGs and respond quickly to rhythm changes
- Float between Telemetry, MedSurg, and Neuro units to support dynamic patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and recovery plans
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Strong cardiac monitoring and EKG interpretation skills
- Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to contract start
- Minimum one year of recent telemetry or MedSurg experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac drip titration expertise
- Centralized telemetry monitoring experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to float between campuses and units
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
