Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions
Collaborate with physical therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
Track patient progress and adjust exercises to maximize recovery
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for every individual you treat

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maine
Compassionate approach to patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to different patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and progress documentation
Therapeutic exercise techniques
Rehabilitation equipment operation
Clear and empathetic communication
Time management in a fast-paced setting
